Coleg Ceredigion’s Cardigan campus has been busy raising money for Children in Need.
Thinking of fun and creative ways to raise money, students from each department came up with a variety of activities.
IT students held a guess the weight of the human turkey competition and motor vehicle students carried out winter checks and car washes. Health and social care students held a cake stall and raffle, childcare studens offered henna hand tattoos, vocational students held a fancy dress and beauty students offered a range of treatments.
Student welfare officer Meinir Lewis said: “It was fantastic to see students and staff coming together and pulling out all the stops once again for Children in Need. It’s always so heart-warming to see everyone make so much effort to help benefit this amazing charity. The £560 we raised this year will undoubtedly make a difference to Children in Need projects here in Wales.”
