Topics covered in this course include Six Sigma fundamentals, introduction to flow and pull, introduction to Six Sigma statistics, kano analysis, process capability, design of experiments. The role of a Black Belt, change management, hypothesis testing non-normal data, advanced regression analysis and fractional factorial experiments to name a few.
With an exam at the end of the course learners will be able to use a variety of analytical and graphical tools associated with Six Sigma at a Black Belt level.
