Once the Coleg Ceredigion Student Union has been set up, as a student at Coleg Ceredigion, you will automatically be a member. This means that you can take full advantage of everything we have to offer, including college events, student representation and information on student life.
Our job is to make sure you have a great experience during your time at Coleg Ceredigion. In order to represent you properly as students at Coleg Ceredigion, it’s important that we are guided by YOUR ideas and experiences. Let us know what you think by getting in touch with the Student Welfare Officers on each campus.

NUS Extra/Totum Cards
All students are entitled to purchase an NUS Extra Card, which will cost £12 and can give you savings on travel, clothes, entertainment and much more. For more information you should contact the Student Welfare Officer at your campus or visit: https://www.nus.org.uk/en/nus-extra/about-the-card/
Clubs & Societies
There are a number of groups led by students that get together to share their common interest and are a great way to meet new people. Posters will be placed around the campuses advertising what is happening and where. If you don’t see a club of interest then why not set up your own? You can set up a club or society for almost anything, you can then attract members and the support of the Student Union who may be able to help you with some funding to carry out your activities. Student Welfare Officers will be able to help put you in touch with the right people to get things started so if you have some great ideas, please share them.
