What is an Apprenticeship?

If you are already employed and would like to improve your skills and knowledge to progress in your chosen career, then an apprenticeship could be the perfect route for you.

Apprenticeships

Apprentices cover both on the job training as well as classroom learning at college. By doing this, we can provide you with the skills needed for your chosen career and you can gain nationally recognised qualifications. You will also earn while you learn and receive benefits which other employees would get as well.

  • Earn while you learn – take home a salary and get holiday pay
  • Gain nationally recognised qualifications and new skills
  • Make progress within your workplace
  • Enjoy new experiences and challenges
  • Opportunity to undertake further courses to continue your development

Many successful careers start with an apprenticeship. On completion, 90% of apprentices stay in employment.
