Whilst not a formally accredited course the focus will be to engage and expose participants to differing aspects of education and training. In addition we see the following benefits:

Higher Self-esteem - the workshops will be a catalyst for success and as an individual and team achieves success, the more self confidence will improve. mastering new skills in a fun, relaxed – and sometimes competitive – setting allows you to be successful without the pressure of getting a good grade.
Social Opportunities - engaging with new people helps expands an individual's social network and broadening your horizons and making new friends. A great tool when moving into work or further education environment.
Essential Life Skills - one of the greatest advantages of these workshops will be learn and use “real world” skills, (but are not limited to):
Development - by being given challenges and tasks and roles such as leading, debating, organising etc, over time they will improve their efficiency in those tasks. This will foster a sense of accountability and responsibility in them. Doing something that can be beneficial for others as well as themselves.
More opportunities - the workshops can be evidence for employers, colleges and universities that participants have been doing additional and different activities thus differentiating them from others as well as showing commitment, focus and willingness to try new things.
