We work in modern, purpose built studios, digital editing suites and darkrooms. The programme teaches a wide range of materials and techniques which includes 2D, 3D, Digital and Lens based media, Pattern & Textiles. As you move through the course, you will have the chance to apply these skills through a range of projects and themes.
You will be encouraged to gain skills in critical thinking, presenting your artwork through group critiques and exhibition opportunities throughout the two years. Each year you will take part in an end of year Final Major Project exhibition which will allow you to dive deeply into a self directed theme.
We also connect with a wide range of visiting and virtual speakers, art practitioners and creatives right across the globe.
You will also study and research a range of progression opportunities available in the field of Art & Design, as well as receive support in getting portfolios ready and for future employment or Higher Education.
You will be given guidance and support both in technical processes and methods, as well as given the room to uncover where your place is in the field of art and design.
